Roles and Responsibilities

Coach Role Overview:

“As a coach, you’re a mentor, leader, and motivator for your team. You’ll be responsible for planning and leading weekly training sessions, guiding players in developing their skills, and fostering a positive team spirit. We’ll provide training resources and support so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring young players.”

Manager Role Overview:

“The team manager ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll handle team communications, coordinate with parents, and assist with logistics, like scheduling and organising game-day essentials. If you’re organised, enjoy helping others, and want to contribute to a fun, successful season, this role is for you!”
